Biography

She studied with outstanding distinction at the London Guild Hall School of Music and Drama with Pauline Scott, and travelled widely to continue her studies under the great maestros Pincas Zuckerman in Israel, Mauricio Fuks in Canada, Igor Frolov in Russia, Boris Belkin and Uto Ugi in Italy.

The winner of many prestigious national music awards, Patricia went on to perform a wide repertoire at premier venues both nationally and internationally. Such venues include Carnegie Hall New York where she made her début as soloist in 2009 and last year in 2013 as soloist at the Royal Albert Hall London. The Oriental Arts Centre Shanghai and all Major venues in Ireland. She is due to perform again in Carnegie Hall this Coming October 2014. Patricia has performed as soloist with numerous orchestras and ensembles including the Symphony Orchestra, the RTE Concert orchestra, the Irish Chamber Orchestra, the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland and broadcast extensively on radio and television. She has also performed for both former presidents Bill Clinton and Mary McAleese.
Patricia’s reputation as a top concert violinist precedes her. More recently, this popular dynamic celebrity has gained notoriety for her unique and refreshing interpretation of Irish music, her compelling style and performances which can be as emotional and sensitive as they are brilliant and electric.
